One of my favorite things to do is to head off into the woods and take pictures of stuff I find….so I had to figure out a way to work this into my job as a Naturalist at a Georgia State Park….so came up with the idea of “Photo Safari”. The first time I did this program I had a really great family join me. The kids were totally into it. The little boy was finding frogs, snails and bugs.
The little girl…she was about 12…followed my every foot step and together we snapped pictures of Mountain Laurel…
and Black Eyed Susie’s…
This program turned out to be a great creative collaborative effort. If you would like to join us on our next Safari check out Tugaloo State Park’s facebook page to see the day and time for our next scheduled Photo Safari.
